Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind or wrong size
Exchange for a different size or colour
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products

Returns will not be accepted if items show wear, use, damage, or are missing packaging.

How to Return an Order

To ensure smooth processing:

Contact us at support@nyvarad.com before sending anything back.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the package back using your preferred courier service.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Prepaid labels are only provided for defective or incorrect items.

No restocking fees apply.

We recommend using tracked shipping for safe delivery.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.

Funds are returned to your original payment method.

Store credit or exchanges are available upon request.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Exchanges

Exchanges for another size or colour are available, subject to stock.

Requests must be made within the 30-day return period by emailing support@nyvarad.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items sent back after 30 days
Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
